Augusta National Golf Club

Augusta National Golf Club. What more can be said, other than a sensational course. Just to be clear I didn’t play this course but visited during the 2011 Masters, an experience I will never forget.

The Masters 2011

Ever since I was a young boy, I would get up early in Australia to watch the US Masters tournament being played. Growing up watching Greg Norman play at Augusta National, I was inspired to one day make the trek to Augusta, Georgia, to actually watch the Masters being played.

RACV Cape Schanck Resort

RACV Cape Schanck designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr, is a great public access course in the Mornington Peninsula. One of my favourite courses in Australia was right next door, The National Golf Club Old Course, by the same designer.

Hamilton Island Golf Club

Hamilton Island golf course would have to be described as a great club located in paradise. Located off the Northern Queensland coast, the weather is tropical with high humidity, but ideal to get outside for a game, then hit the bar at the pool.
